The Role:
The HR Officer will improve key aspects of the employment process and manage important HR functions with reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting all aspects of HR operations
Help to ensure employee transitions are handled professionally and in compliance with labor laws and properly documented
Create and maintain HR tools and policies
Maintain organized, up-to-date and complete personnel files
Assist with preparation of payroll information and administration of employee benefit programs
Effectively manage employee relations
Support policies and assistance programs for international employees
The role will be based in LAE or POM and is offered on a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the senior management team of a state-owned enterprise that is growing its operations in Papua New Guinea. The Role:
In this role, you will support the Senior Country Director and his senior management team to conduct their strategic and operational activities, ensuring that organizational priorities are implemented with close alignment. The CoS will be essential to internal and external communications, including with government bodies.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Assist the senior management team in translating the strategic vision into priorities and an implementation plan.
Project Coordination: Track, align, and support cross-departmental projects to achieve strategic goals.
Special Projects: Handle important projects with the appropriate discretion, as directed by the Senior Country Director.
Operational Management: Oversee major operational decisions to ensure the Senior Country Director’s priorities are represented.
Leadership Schedule: Manage the Senior Country Director’s schedule, including coordinating sensitive meetings.
The role will be based in POM.
